Material construction

Series PCS combines platinum-cured silicone with expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (ePTFE) reinforcement. This composite provides strength and resilience for demanding peristaltic pumping.

  • Fluid-contact surface: platinum-cured silicone.
  • Reinforcement: expanded PTFE (ePTFE).
  • Composite construction supports consistent flow and resistance to rupture.

Crimped or molded assemblies by int2

int2 can crimp or mold assemblies using GORE® STA-PURE® PCS tubing. We can help review your tubing dimensions, connection requirements and assembly configuration for the application.

Share your pump model, process conditions, required length and end connections so our team can review your assembly requirements.

Performance and compatibility

  • Designed for long production runs and elevated-pressure peristaltic pumping.
  • Gore reports testing up to 100 psig; performance depends on tubing size, pump setup and operating conditions.
  • Supports cleaning in place (CIP), steam in place (SIP) and autoclave sterilization.
  • PCS should not be sterilized with gamma or X-ray irradiation.

Confirm size-specific limits and compatibility using the current data sheet. Tubing test results are not a pressure rating for a complete assembly.
