Advanced Couplings inline sight flow indicators provide a clear view of fluid movement in hygienic process lines. Sterile Visual Flow Indicator (SVFI) and Full View Flow Indicator (FVFI) designs serve pharmaceutical, food and chemical applications.

- Precision-sized borosilicate glass aligns with the connecting pipe bore for a smooth internal transition.
- Materials and connections
- 316L stainless steel clamp ends are standard; Hastelloy C22 and AL6XN options are available on request.
- Sealing and cleaning
- Controlled O-ring compression and seal profiles follow EHEDG design principles for cleanability. Designs support clean-in-place (CIP) and steam-in-place (SIP).
- Seal options
- Multiple elastomers are available with FDA food-grade and USP Class VI specifications. Select the seal for your process conditions.
- Surface finish
- Standard polished finishes are ASME BPE SF4 internally and SF6 externally, with electropolishing; alternative finishes are available.
- Testing and documentation
- Assemblies are hydrostatically tested at 1.5 times maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP). Documentation and material traceability support are available.
- Selection inputs
- Connection standard, line size, process conditions, seal material and required documentation.
