- APSW-SP: smooth outside diameter; APSW-SPC: convoluted outside diameter for easier bending
- Construction
- Wire-reinforced, mandrel-wrapped silicone. APSW-SPC combines polyester mesh with a 302/304 stainless steel wire helix.
- Applications
- Bioreactor process lines, high-purity liquid transfer, and suction or discharge service
- Available sizes
- Smooth-cover sizes from ½ to 4 inches I.D.; convoluted-cover sizes from ½ to 2 inches I.D.
- Lengths and connections
- Custom lengths up to 12 feet; crimped fittings and molded connection options. Contact int2 to configure your assembly.
- Sterilization
- One autoclave cycle at 121°C for 30 minutes; gamma irradiation up to 50 kGy
- Compatibility
- Do not use in hot oil or acid applications. Organic solvents are not recommended.
- Selection
- Confirm size-specific pressure, vacuum, bend radius and complete assembly ratings with int2. Manufacturer test and compliance statements are based on the liner.
