With a talent for sales and new product innovation, Dwight joined the Integra team over 20 years ago. An admitted idea guy, he was instrumental in moving the company from an industrial market focus to high - purity environments.

heidi degrazia

Heidi has a foundation in Big 4 public auditing and 25 years of leadership and industry expertise in all areas of administration. She specializes in private sector life science manufacturing with a keen focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency and process excellence.

doug long

Doug has more than 20 years of expertise in the biopharma and business management fields, giving him the perfect balance of industry insight and management efficiency.

tom greenwood

Tom spent the first 16 years of his professional life in several different roles within drug substance and drug product manufacturing, both in the clinical and commercial space. Tom is focused on managing int2’s day-to-day activities including operations, customer service, and sales.

Chuck DeCoste is an Account Manager for int2 Solutions with over 20 years’ experience,13 of them dedicated to the Biopharma industry. Chuck is responsible for promotion of distributed and engineered products for the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industries with focus on large scale manufacturing facilities and small start-up companies.

Meagan Monat is the Marketing Content Designer for int2 Solutions with over 15 years of Marketing experience, 12 of them dedicated to Biopharma industry. Meg is responsible for building and managing content that is accessible, user-friendly, engaging, and aligned with the needs of the organization and its target audience.

Jay Harp is the VP of Sales and Operations at int2 Solutions. Jay has over 20 years’ experience dedicated to Single-Use systems, assemblies and components used in the biopharmaceutical industry. He’s an exceptional team leader with multinational experience in people management, product launches and a proven track record of growing small businesses up to and through acquisitions. Jay is also a member, task group leader and contributor in many industry groups including the ASME-BPE, ASTM, BPSA and ISPE.

Paul has 20 years of experience in the Biotech and Pharmaceutical Industry. Paul started his career at Amgen working in cGMP manufacturing, worked for Shire (now Takeda) in research and development as well as process development laboratories. With companies such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, Cytiva and ILC Dover he has supported customers with single use technologies, process equipment, and containment solutions while providing technical support and customer product training.
